Physical Education
Utilising a range of indoor and outdoor space available to us, physical education sessions will take place weekly where students will be able to develop their physical, mental and social skills through participating in a range of physical activities. By actively participating in these lessons students will become more competent, confident and expert in their techniques, and apply them across different sports and physical activities.
Through participation in a variety of different physical activities the students will understand what makes a performance effective and how to apply these principles to their own and others’ work. They will develop the confidence and interest to get involved in a variety of different physical activities and evaluate their performances compared to previous ones and demonstrate improvement across a range of physical activities to achieve their personal best
The physical activities we currently offer include, but are not limited to, Football, Basketball, Badminton, Dodgeball and Kwik Cricket. We are also very fortunate in that we have our own small gym onsite incorporating a variety of Cardiovascular based machines.
